I'm sorry they're hurting :(. Nasal irrigation could help clear them out (putting a pinch of salt in a cup of water and inhaling it through each nostril. It always helps me! I hope you feel better.
My allergies were HORRIBLE today, too. Still, though, I was gonna recommend something very similar to what savage_rose said. If you don't wanna do that, look around for those nasal sprays in the house, and use those. I used the Astelin that I had in my purse, and I feel much better.
So, yeah. Nasal spray and pain killers. Strangely enough, I've found that sometimes, chewing (on anything) helps, too...
