...Not that I really have a choice in the matter. Yesterday, our office had a meeting. It would seem that it was headed by the owner of the company, Jeff Lawerence, and the Production Manager, Kim Whaley. In the course of the meeting, there were new policies concerning the time clock that were implemented. What it boils down to is that they do not want there to be ANY unaccounted for time at all. Ever. I am a productive member of this company, maybe not THE most productive member, but I get my share of work done. What this says to me is that the production staff isn't trusted by management. I'm starting to not like the direction that this company is heading in, but I will do what I can to change things, whatever that might be. Until then, I will play their stupid little game and be a good little Tech Monkey v 1.5. Take care everyone.
