Journaling/Journeying... Entry 1

Carla Meeske is an animal communicator and shaman who K'La has worked with multiple times to help our cats, which have included helping K'La with whatever is ailing her. Well, lately, I've been feeling like I had given away parts of myself and my personal power ever since Alessandra had been born, so I worked with her today to see how I could recover those parts of myself. While there was a list of things for me to do, which I may get into at a later date, one of the things she was told by her spirit guides was for me to start journaling. Now, granted, this is kinda the "I've been told to do this, so this is all you're gonna get" kind of entry, it's not with the usual irritation that an initial entry of this sort usually has. It's really just something for me to do to help with my thought process and to help me get used to the whole chronicling of my progress.

So, here's to (hopefully) a fresh start!
